In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world. 

 

Key responsibilities 

Build the promotional strategy for the brand and lead transversal promotions (Lunar New Year, 15ml, Xmas…) & specific promotions:

  • Analyse the competition and collect insights (new trends, social listening)
  • Brainstorm on the promotional offers with the marketing and commercial teams
  • Analyse the financial viability
  • Lead the execution (forecasts, create the designs with the suppliers)
  • Implement the 360 activation on all channels to support the animation 
  • Present the offer to the reps and support them.
  • Gather feedbacks on the promo from clinics and the commercial field.
  • Track and analyse the success of each promo.
  • Present the postmortem to the marketing and commercial teams.

Manage and support all the in-clinic events to drive sell out. 

Lead the gift with purchase (gwp) strategy for the brand:

  • Analyse the competition and collect insights (new trends, social listening)
  • Analyse the financial viability.
  • Manage the budget 
  • Negotiate with suppliers and source items while following best practices.
  • Work closely with suppliers and make sure the production is on track.
  • Present the offer to the reps and support them.
  • Gather feedbacks from clinics and the commercial field
  • Present the postmortem to the marketing and commercial teams

Manage always-on marketing materials and adapt them in English/French with our suppliers:

  • Brochures
  • Brand book
  • Prospecting book
  • Retail bags

Support specific marketing materials for important groups of clinics

  • Create specific marketing and commercial materials for these groups
  • Opening material for clinics
  • Events personalization 

Gather feedbacks within our best clinics with quarterly questionnaires and clinics visits to build our strategies.

Non permanent merchandising: create collateral prints for clinics.

 

Professional &Technical Competencies 

  • Degree in marketing or another field 
  • Good level of English and French spoken & written 
  • Good knowledges of Excel and Power Point
  • Good balance between creative and analytical skills
  • Good coordination and organization skills 
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and multi-tasks
  • Agility, entrepreneurial spirit and strong team spirit mindset
