A Day in the Life
As a Retail Image Specialist, you’ll report to the Retail Design Manager and work within a cross-functional team, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing teams. You’ll be the operational backbone of our brand’s presence in physical retail environments, ensuring flawless execution of bi-annual retail resets.
- Project Management: Own and manage the bi-annual reset master plan, ensuring all tasks, deadlines, and dependencies are tracked and executed. Using project management tools (ex. Wrike, Excel )
- Visual Merchandising: Lead collaborative sessions to define merchandising strategies and ensure planogram execution aligns with brand and retailers goals.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity, including product assortments, fixture codes, and system updates, ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers (i.e. agencies, manufacturers, merchandising teams) for budget adherence, artwork & design approvals, and on-time delivery of reset components.
We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French, as this role services nationwide across Canada.
- 3-5+ years of experience in category management, merchandising operations, trade marketing, retail project management, planogram/space planning, supply chain coordination, business/data analytics (retail/CPG), or field merchandising. ,
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a knack for managing complex timelines and dependencies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence without authority.
