A Day in the Life

As our Retail Excellence Executive for the Professional Products Division in Melbourne, you will be instrumental in transforming our brand presence in retail environments. You will elevate the professional hair category by creating best-in-class shopper experiences and driving brand visibility. This role is a 12 month maximum term contract, commencing in March.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planogram & Merchandising Excellence: Develop and align data-driven planogram recommendations for all retail doors, enhancing the shopper journey through optimal assortment and visibility.
  • Visual Merchandising Management: Lead the end-to-end production and implementation of all temporary and permanent POS materials, from shelf strips to bespoke gondolas, while managing budgets and analyzing ROI.
  • Execution & Tracking: Initiate and manage tracking for POS execution and planogram compliance, communicating updates and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate who can turn strategy into flawless in-store execution. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. You thrive on collaboration and can effectively influence stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

Key skills for this role include:

  • Retail Activation / In-Store Excellence: Proven ability to manage and deploy brand activations in a retail setting.
  • Shopper & Category Insights: Experience using shopper data and category insights to inform merchandising and activation strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills to manage projects from briefing to implementation, on time and within budget.
  • Data Analysis & Business Acumen: Ability to analyze ROI and performance metrics to optimize visual merchandising and drive conversion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with retailers, agencies, and internal teams.
