As the Retail Design Manager for the Luxe Division, your mission is to lead and drive retail design and merchandising projects within CZ/HU/SK region. You will ensure that every project respects individual brand identities and retail strategies while creating innovative, luxurious, and effective environments. Your goal is to elevate the brand experience, capture the target consumer's attention, and maximize sales conversion through superior design and execution.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Retail Design Strategy & Innovation
- Define local strategy, CAPEX, and FPP in collaboration with BUs.
- Ensure operational excellence and explore innovative experiential/digital retail concepts.
- Lead the "L'Oréal For the Future" sustainability transformation and secure optimal retail locations.
- Leverage shopper insights to develop synergies across functions and brands.
Merchandising Strategy Execution & Optimization
- Implement eco-designed points-of-sale aligned with 2030 sustainability goals.
- Adapt local merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and highlight launches.
- Drive sell-through using visual guidelines, planograms, and seasonal displays.
- Partner with DMIs to ensure brand consistency and desirability across all touchpoints.
Team & Budget Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team.
- Drive seamless execution through effective cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain).
- Consolidate and monitor CAPEX budgets with Finance to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in retail design, merchandising or trade retail
- Excellent negotiation and relationship skills to navigate between different internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- End-to-end project management skills, from initial concept/scenography to local implementation and execution.
- A sharp eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and brand consistency.
- Fluent in English language.
