We are currently looking for two Retail Brand Managers for our Luxury Products Division in Sweden. The assignment is fixed term due to parental leave cover and the period is approximately a year.
Your mission…
You will manage the day-to-day marketing activities of our Luxury Products Division in one of our most important brand business units with responsibility for the local market both in terms of planning and execution. You deliver according to local trade plan, securing activations and initiatives that will bring growth to the brands - while never compromising on the couture DNA of the brands.
With a business mind-set you drive the agenda of your market together with Nordic Brand Activation manager. To succeed in this role, we believe you have an interest and passion for retail and the in-store environment. You are a master of structure and planning always with a sharp eye for details. You enjoy taking ownership and driving conversations with multiple stakeholders, and you manage so independently.
You will work close together with the other Retail Brand Managers in your brand business unit, the Product Brand Managers, Retail Unit Managers and Key Account Managers for certain clients to execute outstanding marketing initiatives and drive the success of the brands on the Swedish market.
You will...
- Drive and adapt the Nordic Brand marketing strategy to the Swedish retailer environment while maximizing the local relevancy
- Ensure retail excellence on all off-line touchpoint in the local market
- Plan and oversee correct assortments and planograms for all Swedish retailers
- Ensure correct and relevant planning for local forecast of tester, POS material, samples and GWPs.
- Define how the Consumer Journey should look like in store, optimizing all communication to create the best Instore campaign materials for the Brand
- Work closely with the Sales and Visual Merchandising teams on innovation and continuous improvement of in-store consumer experience
- Adapt plans throughout the year depending on sales performance, lately observed trends, competitor campaigns and successes
- Drive campaign performance analysis
- Present Brand strategy and launches during client meetings
- Support on local eventing plan when needed
You are...
- You preferably have relevant educational background on master level and/or have experience from a comparable job.
- Interest in merch and retail excellence, eye for details.
- Having great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders - external as well as internal
- Having an effective, structured, and hands-on approach
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Having strong marketing skills and business acumen
- Having in-depth experience leading marketing activities in your previous career
- Consumer behavior focused
- Proactive and can work independently
- Having knowledge of how to follow-up and follow-through
