A Day in the Life

As a Record to Report Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of L’Oréal LATAM’s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. You’ll lead a team of reporting accountants, providing mentorship and guidance while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for accounting inquiries, you’ll ensure seamless service continuity and compliance with L’Oréal’s high standards.


Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Technical Accounting Excellence: Oversee month-end close processes, review account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
  • Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify and resolve complex accounting issues while driving efficiency in Record-to-Report processes.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the go-to expert for accounting inquiries, working closely with teams like Accounts Payable, FP&A, and others to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and guide your team to deliver high-quality work, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.


We Are Looking For

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Are fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
  • Bring strong expertise in accounting principles and IFRS.
  • Are proficient in SAP Financial modules and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excel in analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management.
