A Day in the Life
As a Product Manager for Maybelline New York in Bangkok, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be a key player in driving the brand's success in this dynamic market. You'll work closely with a collaborative and passionate team, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that resonate with Thai consumers. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to make a tangible impact on a beloved global brand.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: You will collect and analyze consumer and market insights, competitive strategies, and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges. You will translate these insights into actionable recommendations for new product launches, growth strategies for existing products, and overall brand positioning.
- Product Lifecycle Management: You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept development to end-of-life management. This includes implementing new product launches, maintaining growth in key products, and managing the core product portfolio.
- Marketing & Communication: You will develop and monitor integrated marketing strategies across all channels (IMC/360/Digital/Retail), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging consumer experiences. You will adapt and create communication materials, including imagery, digital assets, and point-of-sale displays.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with various departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and achieve business objectives. You will be a key liaison, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams.
