You will bring our luxury beauty brand to life through captivating in-store and online experiences as a Retail Animation Specialist. You'll collaborate across teams to execute impactful retail activations, ensuring the brand expression is upheld to the highest standard, maintaining flawless implementation and brand consistency.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Uphold brand image and consistency across all retail touchpoints, including in-store, online and out-of-lease line executions, through planogram implementation, merchandising projects and campaign animations and eventing aligned with global and local brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure seamless product integration within the retail execution O+O, including counter and online merchandising and off counter retail animation and eventing, to ensure optimal presentation, and execution of annual product launches and promotional activities to support core initiatives business.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams (Retail, Education, RDVM and Brand), external suppliers, and retailers, facilitating clear communication via detailed briefings and ensuring timely project execution, asset delivery and adherence to budget and A&P.
  • Lead the development and execution of engaging in-store, online and out-of-lease line activations to elevate the customer experience and drive brand awareness.
  • Support stock ordering, allocation, sampling plans, new counter setups, and assisting with product management tasks such as book submissions for retail PLV, sets, and other materials.
  • Collect post-implementation results and providing reports on initiatives to track effectiveness and inform future strategies.


ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or a related field within the beauty industry (luxury beauty preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (both long-term and short), from concept to execution, while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual merchandising and eventing principles
  • Customer centricity, with an understanding of best practice online and offline integration within the luxury space 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
