Do you know that in the Warsaw headquarters there is one of 6 Business Expertise Services & Technology Teams - BEST. Established in January 2018, it is one of L’Oréal’s most rapidly growing units. At the moment, the Warsaw BEST employs around 100 people. BEST carries out accounting processes for Central and Eastern Europe, for countries such as Poland, the Baltics, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey or Israel. BEST consists of the following departments: Procure to Pay (P2P), Cash to Accounting (C2A), General Ledger (R2R), Treasury, Delivery Excellence (DEx), and partly also Controlling, responsible for OPEX costs.

About P2P Department:

In P2P we are divided into 2 teams. The first one is Invoice Processing, where we process invoices and do inter-company reconciliation. Also, we train our OCR system to automatically capture the data from documents, and respond to queries.

The second team is Payment Factory, where we prepare the payments, close GR/IR discrepancies, follow up on aged open items well as prepare all reports to related controls, that we send through BlackLine.

Apart from core activities, both teams are responsible for various projects and initiatives such as standardization and improvement of the processes, testing various changes in the SAP system, different actions to increase our main KPI (Paid-on-Time), and many more.



🔍We are looking for PEOPLE, who:

  • Communicate in English 
  • Are eager to learn. 
  • Have a Finance/Economy/Accounting degree or are still studying (we are open for juniors and seniors).
  • Have great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have attention to detail.
  • If you have additional language, especially knowledge of Cyrillic that would be an advantage!
