A Day in the Life
As the Nordic e-D2C Manager for our Luxe division, you will take full ownership of our Online Direct-to-Consumer (ED2C) business. Reporting to the Nordic Online Shopper Excellence Director and based in Copenhagen, you will be a key player in the Luxe CMO team. Your primary mission will be to define and deliver a powerful 3-year growth plan, shaping the future of our ED2C business for our prestigious Luxe brands. You will work in a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with key brand teams like Kiehl's, our DDX Lead, and our Media/Search experts to bring your strategy to life.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Drive D2C Strategy: Build and execute the long-term and short-term ED2C strategy, setting ambitious goals and managing the P&L to ensure profitable growth.
- Boost Sales & Traffic: Create and manage a dynamic e-business animation plan, driving traffic through search, paid media, and CRM to fuel sales and grow our customer base.
- Leverage Data: Analyze ED2C data and customer insights to make informed, data-driven decisions, identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Enhance Consumer Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience by implementing unique content, services, and functionalities that build brand love.
- Lead Collaboration: Work in close partnership with brand, media, finance, and zone teams to align on strategy and ensure flawless execution of all ED2C initiatives.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven individual who can lead our D2C business to the next level. You are a natural collaborator with a clear vision for creating exceptional online consumer experiences. You have:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in building and executing e-commerce or ED2C strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) is a strong plus.
- e-Commerce Management: Proven ability to manage an e-commerce P&L and drive business performance.
- Data Driven Business & P&L Steering: Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, derive insights, and steer business decisions.
- Audience Strategy & 1st Party Data Management: Expertise in CRM and using first-party data to acquire and retain customers.
- Consumer Centricity: A deep understanding of the online consumer journey and how to create engaging, seamless experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage relationships with internal and external partners effectively.
