We are looking to recruit a National Business Manager in CPD to lead and develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth of pure player accounts, encompassing all aspects of online sales, marketing, operations, and platform-specific initiatives.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Oversee the creation and execution of a data-driven e-business plan, including e-promotional calendars, product strategies, cross-selling mechanisms, and robust data management processes within the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Drive strategic alignment and synergy between L'Oréal's brand-specific digital activities and those of the online retail partner. This involves fostering strong partnerships and collaborative workflows to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Cultivate and manage the strategic relationship with the e-retailers, including leading joint business planning processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the online retailer's customer base, including their purchasing behavior, preferences, and demographics. Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities for accelerated customer recruitment and increased market share for CPD brands.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams, including supply chain, category management, finance, and marketing to define and optimize the end-to-end consumer experience.
- Establish a framework for monitoring and interpreting key e-commerce KPIs. Develop insightful reports and dashboards to track performance, sharing this information across the division and support in capability upskilling.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and drive account performance by strategically planning growth initiatives. Identify and activate key business drivers, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with Online Brand Managers to optimize media investments and maximize the effectiveness of SEO and social media strategies.
- Account Management of Pure Player Accounts including Amazon and Adore Beauty
ABOUT YOU
- Prior experience managing accounts within the online retailer space
- You will have the ability to manage and deliver against key business outcomes in competitive categories that requires agility and a growth mindset.
- You will have outstanding financial acumen, control and demonstrated ability to drive positive financial outcomes
- You will possess excellent gravitas and strong communication skills to be able to articulate a clear vision effectively in partnership with your key account/s to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
- You bring a proactive & entrepreneurial mindset, willing to strategically identify innovative opportunities as well as drive their end-to-end execution to deliver success in a dynamic environment.
