What a day in the life of the IT Material Master Data Domain team looks like:
General
- Be responsible for the IT solution implemented in SAP S4 enabling Product Master Data management: solution administration, inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Guarantee the consistency of Article Master Data between SAP S4 and the Group's Product Repository.
- Lead and facilitate Demand Management and Run processes in collaboration with outsourced teams.
Demand and Project Management
- Ensure the evolutionary maintenance of solutions: collect and assess business needs, arbitrate, plan, specify, and monitor implementation.
- Participate in Group projects that impact Article Master Data in SAP S4 and/or Tibco EBX.
- Configure the Article record in SAP S4.
- Configure inbound and outbound interfaces in S4 (iDoc, API, integration middleware...).
- Manage functional documentation within the various document management systems.
Support and Maintenance
- Ensure solution maintenance and level 4 support requiring a high level of expertise.
- Manage the Applications Management Services (AMS) for support levels 2 and 3, responsible for maintaining the operational status of the SAP S4 solution.
- Analyze the incident portfolio and identify recurring problems, contribute to root cause analysis, define and monitor the implementation of solutions.
- Contribute to the management of Service Requests: building the service catalog (standard Service Requests), analyzing and implementing non-standard Service Requests.
- Define and implement solution monitoring and associated tracking KPIs.
Main Contacts
- Business: Within the SAP scope, acts as the IT Master Data representative to the Data Governance Data Domain, Business Process Owners, Product Owners, and the entire population of key users spread across the user Entities.
IT
- Within the SAP scope, acts as the IT Master Data representative to other IT teams in charge of Applications that are sources or consumers of MDM.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
- Solid knowledge, through practical experience in all phases of the complete project lifecycle (requirements gathering / configuration / development specifications / unit and volume testing and acceptance / documentation / production start-up support until stabilization), of the following technologies: SAP S4/ECC S&D, CS, knowledge of interactions with other SAP S4 modules, iDOC management, LSMW.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Passionate about IT solutions and technological innovations.
- Comfortable in a complex, international, and multicultural environment, with strong listening and communication skills to understand the needs of business stakeholders.
- Ability to teach, know how to transmit knowledge
- Be organized and set priorities in line with the business
- Manage one or more external consultants
