What will you do? 

As a Marketplace Lead, you will be responsible for marketplace P&L and budgeting to drive quality traffic and customers to different platforms. You are also tasked to establish online strategy, build and maintain good relationship with platforms with the objective of increasing marketplace external platform revenues. 

Responsibilities:-

  • Builds and owns strategy to win on each platform 
  • Responsible for onsite platform marketing strategy and budget allocation
  • Analyses data of all stores and platforms insights, including 3rd party data of platform execution and competitive monitoring. 
  • Drives the eJBP process, sets brand, promotional and loyalty strategy. Ensures the execution excellence is in place and aligned with brand objectives and JBPs.  
  • Validates bottoms up plan and activity to deliver sales objectives
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales target for all platforms
  • Define Cross selling frame and Platform Differentiation
  • Manages the platform and Online Brand teams that oversee all stores. Provide action plan and brings team together under a clear vision

 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–8+ years in commercial/sales roles, ideally in Beauty, FMCG, or Luxury
  • Experience in eCommerce 
  • Good understanding of the e-Channels business model to drive on-platform visibility
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skill
