Marketing Internship – Vichy team Belgium

As a Marketing Intern supporting the Retail Brand Manager (RBM) for Vichy in Belgium, you will play a key role in driving excellence at the point of sale, coordinating digital and physical marketing materials for sales and pharmacists, and ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. You will gain hands-on experience in brand management, campaign execution, and office organization within a dynamic marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Support RBM in Daily Tasks

  • POS Excellence:
    • Brief and create point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring creative and impactful executions.
    • Follow up on PLV and ensure all materials are properly managed throughout campaigns and cycles.
  • Digital Material:
    • Contribute to the development and coordination of digital assets for SMC and other ad hoc projects.
    • Ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Cycle Preparation:
    • Assist in preparing and executing marketing cycles, including placing PLV, managing logistics, and ensuring all materials are sent back post-cycle.

2. Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct analyses of PLV and in-store animations, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare sell-out (SO) analysis per cycle.

3. Supplier & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and vendors.
  • Proactively manage communications, ensuring quick and clear responses to requests and issues.

4. Office Management

  • Oversee the organization and upkeep of key office areas such as the product room, IO (inventory/order office), and BBC (brand base center).
  • Ensure spaces are well-maintained, organized, and managed efficiently.

5. General Marketing Team Support

  • Provide assistance to the broader marketing team on various projects as needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, meetings, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

6. Brand Knowledge & Market Intelligence

  • Immerse yourself in the Vichy brand to understand key franchises, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities.

 

Profile & Skills

  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passionate about cosmetics and especially about skincare.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and POS materials is a plus.
  • Speaks fluently English and Dutch or French (the 3 languages is a real plus).
