A Day in the Life
As a Marketing Director (Brand Business Leader) in our Luxe division, you will architect the future of a leading brand within the Ukrainian market. Reporting to the Division General Manager, you will be empowered to run brands such as YSL, Lancôme, Armani Beauty, Kiehl's, Prada and others from our LUXE portfolio like your own business, driving its transformation in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
- Build the Brand Vision & Equity: You will define the long-term strategic direction for the brands, guaranteeing that all activations, from product launches to communications, are perfectly aligned with the brand's unique DNA and purpose.
- Drive Omnichannel Growth: You will define and execute a holistic brand strategy across all touchpoints (e-commerce, retail, media), managing the P&L to deliver ambitious growth and profitability targets.
- Transformational Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to challenge the status quo, fostering a culture of agility and innovation to stay ahead of market trends and consumer expectations.
- Master Consumer Engagement: You will own the relationship with your consumer segments, leveraging their expertise in touchpoints like media and CRM, creating world-class consumer connections.
- Pilot Business Performance: You will be fully accountable for the brand's P&L, leading business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to steer the brand towards its ambitious growth and profitability goals.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a visionary and entrepreneurial leader who thrives on challenge and has a proven ability to transform a business. You are digitally fluent, commercially sharp, and excel at turning strategy into action. Your profile includes:
- A strong track record of leading marketing teams to deliver exceptional brand portfolio growth.
- Demonstrated success in managing a P&L and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
- A deep understanding of the digital, e-commerce, retail landscape and advocacy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with fluency in both Ukrainian and English.
