What will you do? – Assistant Product Manager

As the Assistant Product Manager – you are required drive 360 Omnichannel (O+O) marketing excellence in salons to drive retail and services.

 

You are expected to manage the following:

 

  • Develop, plan, manage and execute strong portfolio strategy (new launches, focus franchises and HERO SKUs) and integrated O+O marketing campaigns and activations for salons channel to meet brand and organization goals.    
  • Support in all launches by contributing ideas in innovative and highly creative 360 marketing plans rooted in consumer insights and O+O marketing trends to accelerate reach and influence to drive conversion and distribution in salons.    
  • Salon development via end-to-end planning and execution of monthly salon animation for both retail and technical portfolios, customized animation, selective activations, in-store CRM and events, holistic consumer journey and strong in-store brand presence within each door.  
  • Pro-advocacy to drive brand love and social media engagement, pro events and key professional development.
  • Support commercial teams in perfect execution for launches and priority focus, customer reactivation, conquest, sales tools management, pricing updates, delivery and systems.
  • Work closely with education to keep service protocols updated regularly, sufficiency of salon tools, maximize brand penetration through launches, top SKUs and animations, educational and event support for top doors and pro events.   
  • Close collaboration with trade marketing team to drive consumer journey, luxury brand presence via best-in-class, luxury image and luxury positioning in-store and activations.
  • Data driven, with deep and detailed analysis into product portfolio performance and identifying opportunities and gaps for the brand to improve sales performance and portfolio execution. 
  • Ongoing compilations & reviewing of competitors’ marketing activities
