As the Lead of the Data CoE, you will be a visionary leader bridging the gap between advanced data science and scientific innovation. You will lead a world-wide mandate, ensuring that India serves as the global hub for R&I Data, driving operational excellence and breakthrough innovation for all R&I domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global CoE Leadership & Satisfaction

•  Orchestrate the WW R&I Data CoE: Make sure the CoE worload is aligned with Data Pole needs. Management of the current activities and backlog including priorities. Make sure of the cross-functional teams across all R&I data domains  satisfaction. Management of  vendor partners performance .

•  Operational Excellence: Ensure the CoE adheres to world-class delivery KPIs, in term of activities and SLA.

•  Motivation: Encourage the team to do some proposals on their activities to improve automation, optimization of data processes to improve the efficiency of the activity.

2. CoE for the Hubs

In addition to global activities, the CoE team can be involved to Hubs data (US, CN, IN), respecting the R&I data governance and data processes

You have :-

•    Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Master’s(preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.

•    Expérience:-

o    Minimum 5+ years of leadership in Data &Analytics Consulting, FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare.

o    Mandatory Expertise: Data Governance, Data Management, Leadership. Communication. Speaking French is a plus.

o    Technical Proficiency: Knowledge in SQL, Power Bi. Notion of  Python and Power Apps would be appreciated. 

o    Global Exposure: Extensive experience working within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or MNC, managing senior global stakeholders and Indian vendor ecosystems.
