JOB SUMMARY 
Orchestrate new product launches and push growth of key pillar products to win in couture market with experience of brand through holistic marketing communication. 
The scope includes planning new launch product campaign strategically, initiate marketing program and execution, reporting market trend and sales analysis. 

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

 

  1. Strategic Leadership in 3axis category
  1. Develop and implement the overall product strategy for the assigned category, deep understanding in couture competition with different categories, skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  2. Manage P&L with guidance of N+1 for the assigned category and marketing PLV, optimize budget to achieve targets.
  3. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis and consumer insights gathering to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.

 

  1. New launch and Campaign
  1. Plan, Manage and integrate campaigns with related teams including budget, concept, message, key strategy and leverage action plan to roll out throughout touchpoint of consumers.
  2. Develop and build 360 marketing mix plan for product launches or pillar-product repush campaign, working closely with departments involved (communication, digital, eCom, retail, MD, CRM and SCM) to create an integrated, engaging and consistent consumer brand experience
  3. Manage all aspects of local development regarding campaign
  4. Analyze regular campaign result on key pillar product and share with related team.
  5. Analyze and report on makeup/skincare/fragrance market trend and competitor’s activity 

 

  1. Product Lifecycle and Forecast Management
  1. Responsible on forecast new/existing product forecast and inventory management of saleable products, tester and samples.
  1. Manage healthy KPI with successful product management through forecast accurately new product and existing product and follow up shipment & stock management
  2. Product management to achieve brand business objective. 
  3. Ensure product sales forecast accuracy. 
  4. Analyze data on product segment/category to make recommendation on brand strategy.

 

4. Others

  1. Work effectively with other departments (Supply chain, retail, communications, and merchandizing) to achieve marketing objective.  
  2. Manage sample and tester budget. 
  3. Good understand of channel dynamics (Dept. store, e-Retail, eD2C owned mall, NAVER shopping, and KAKAO gift shop)
