Title: E-Commerce Team Manager - YSL - Luxe Division

JOB SUMMARY 
 
Responsible for brand’s ecommerce business to gain market share by developing ecommerce strategy and executing sales program for each channel; Indirect ECOM & Direct ECOM 


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

  • Propose and commit to annual financial targets, considering revenues and profitability & channel cannibalization 
  • Develop and implement a business strategy across pricing, promotions, assortment, sales channels, digital marketing, customer experience, branding, too. 
  • Set-up better view of consumer experience with a holistic strategy with appropriate brand perspectives
  • Develop promotion strategy and monitor competition, to ensure competitiveness while optimizing resource
  • Identify new growth opportunities by working cross functionally with each function, matrix, as well as with external partners. 
  • Initiate digital marketing and CRM under ECOM governance 
  • Provide inclusive leadership, guidance, and direction to the team. 
  • Build and maintain a high-performance team and culture through open and clear communication, ongoing mentoring and development, and effective performance management 
  • Guide, coach and train team members in all aspects of ecommerce business and Support ecommerce environment improvement. 


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: +12 years (Sr. Manager level)
  • Experiences: Preferred in the cosmetic industry, preferred in selective market (Luxe division), CRM, Media operation
    -Must demonstrate good understanding of eCommerce
    -Solid experience in above mid-sized ecommerce business in both Direct E-Commerce and Indirect channel
    -Team leading experience is a must
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Had experience in successfully managing both Indirect ECOM & D2C
  • Other Skills: Strong numerical skills, Ability to understand/analyze P&L, Ability to define and set brand guideline for on-brand executions (eg- promotion scheme, generosity level and expression ), Organizational and time management skills, Interpersonal skills, Proactiveness. Proficient with Excel & PPT
