Over the past year, we have successfully orchestrated a remarkable brand resurgence, characterized by highly successful product launches and the unveiling of a vibrant new brand image and platform that celebrates K-Beauty culture and "hot from Seoul." We are now accelerating our expansion and seeking a visionary leader to drive our product innovation strategy across key Asian markets.
Role Overview: We are looking for an exceptional Brand Innovation Director to lead our makeup product development, focusing on creating cutting-edge, trend-setting products deeply rooted in K-Beauty DNA. This pivotal role will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends to deliver blockbuster products for the dynamic markets of Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-speed, dynamic environment, driving innovation from concept to launch with an agile mindset, ensuring 3CE remains at the forefront of K-Beauty trends.

[KEY RESPONSABILITIES]
- Strategic Innovation Leadership: Define and champion the strategic direction for 3CE's makeup innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with the brand's refreshed image and its "hot from Seoul" K-Beauty positioning across all target markets.
- K-Beauty Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of new makeup products, embedding authentic K-Beauty innovation and cultural relevance into every concept, from formulation to sensory experience.
- Market & Trend Foresight: Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis across Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia to identify consumer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging beauty trends, translating these insights into actionable product concepts.
- Concept & Project Management: Oversee the Product Innovation team (8 people) in conceptualizing new products, leading projects from initial ideation through to successful market launch, to capture rapidly evolving K-Beauty trends.
- Lead Packaging Innovation: Lead the packaging design team (6 people) to develop innovative and visually compelling product aesthetics that resonate with the target audience and reinforce 3CE's trendy, fashion-forward brand image.
- Agile Launch Management: Manage a rapid product launch cadence, adapting quickly to fast-evolving beauty trends prevalent in the Korean and broader Asian markets to maintain market relevance and excitement.
- Brand Growth Contribution: Play a significant role in ensuring new product innovations contribute to continued brand success and market leadership by embodying the essence of "hot from Seoul" K-Beauty.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing Product Innovation and Package Design teams fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration (14 people).

- K-Beauty Aficionado: You possess a profound understanding of K-Beauty trends, product development cycles. You naturally embody and appreciate the trendy, "hot from Seoul" aesthetic.
- Experienced Innovator: You bring at least 12 years of extensive experience in marketing innovation and product development within the beauty industry, with a strong focus on makeup. You combine a strategic vision with a hands-on approach, driven by consumer insights and a passion for creating impactful products that captivate and delight.
- Brand Builder: Experience in brand repositioning or rejuvenation initiatives would be a significant asset.
- Global & Local Leader: You possess significant international experience in product innovation, coupled with a proven track record in managing and developing Korean teams, understanding their unique dynamics and fostering growth.
- Adaptable & Agile: You thrive on rapid change and are quick to adapt strategies to capture fleeting market opportunities and trends.
- Communication Excellence: You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication across our diverse teams and markets.
