Job Title: Business Planning Specialist – Prada & Armani Beauty- Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Drive strategic growth and operational excellence for Prada and Armani Beauty through robust sales forecasting, KPI analysis, and ROI optimization. This specialist role serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution, managing both business planning and key retail operations, including order management and inventory control.

 

1. Strategic Business Planning & Performance Management 

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee and optimize the business reporting framework by transitioning daily sales reports into a more strategic weekly format to ensure efficient performance tracking.
  • Sales Forecasting & Planning: Drive the monthly sales forecasting process and provide data-driven insights to support the development of accurate short-term and long-term business plans for the BU.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with the BGM and key stakeholders to align business objectives with actionable roadmaps.

2. Data Analysis & ROI Optimization

  • Channel Insight Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of performance KPIs across both Online and Offline channels to evaluate business health and identify growth opportunities.
  • ROI Management: Monitor and analyze the ROI of commercial activities, providing actionable recommendations to improve investment efficiency and operational profitability.
  • Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear business insights to support decision-making processes for the management team.

3. Retail Operations & Order Management 

  • Order & Sell-in Coordination: Manage end-to-end order processing and sell-in activities via SAP, including allocation for high-demand items, promotional GWPs, and samples for both online and offline channels.
  • Inventory & Loss Control: Oversee the closing of sales and inventory, managing returns (Online/Offline) and store loss processing through official approval systems.
  • Operational Liaison: Act as a key link between Retail and SCM/DC to ensure smooth stock flow, handling delivery issues, and managing price registrations for new store openings or channel expansions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Synergy 

  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between Commercial, Marketing, Business Planning, and Controller teams to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the BU to create synergy across departments and streamline business planning cycles.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : University graduate
  • Year of Experience : 5 years
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Commercial Analysis, or Retail Operations within the beauty or luxury industry.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational excellence. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse departments.
  • Other Skills: Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills for complex data manipulation and reporting.
