Job Title: Finance Controlling Manager for DMI*
*DMI serves as the brand's global headquarters, defining international marketing strategies and leading global product development.
JOB SUMMARY
- The position is the candidate to expose herself/himself as a business partner role on the World-wide brand P&L controller
- The position is focused on forecasting, budgeting, and managing multiple P&L line items to promote optimal decision making
- The position also requests upstreaming process on new launched products from financial point of view
- Risk management on future impact on world-wise business plans
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Monthly Closing & Forecasting of DMI P&L
- As DMI Controller, collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and support DMI costs including Advertising/Promotion costs and SG&A
- To forecast DMI Cost impact, the candidate handles quarterly/monthly budget for Risk assessment
- Lead new product launch simulation with cross functional decision makers
- As Gross margin keeper, estimate financial impact on New launch products
- Review the price structure of new products to be feasible on Gross Margin valorization by using DMI Simulation tool
- Share the insights and guide from financial points to manage World-wide Gross Margin impact based on new launch and to protect each markets’ Gross Margin
- Profitability tracking and P&L portfolio analysis per key products per markets (World-Wide view)
- Track P&L KPI per key products and per Markets
- Provide insights into Portfolio strategy based on products and markets
- Lead project to improve the profitability of brand
- Simulate new business opportunities
- Based on portfolio review, offer and support new business opportunity
- Support World-wide meetings for Global Top management
- Implement good Internal Control practices
- Utilize large-scale accounting and financial systems including good skill of excel
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Years of experience: +5-7 years of career experience
- Experience in B2C business & Brand Controller experience are required
- Must showcase advanced-level of MS Excel
- SAP & other analysis tool proficiency is preferred
- Fluent in both Korean English (Spoken & Written)
