Job Title: RA Team Manager - SRC - CORP
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
One who is trained in chemistry. Biology or biochemistry or related fields/Science background and is preferred with a master’s degree or above. The total work experience should be more than 7 years with minimum of 2 years as a team leader/manager and more than 1-2 people directly reporting to. This person must have good skills in Korean and English language.
Technical skills
- Lead a team responsible for applying the Group’s regulatory affairs strategy and, where required, implementing it at local level and ensuring application in product development and marketing.
- Develop established expertise in local technical regulations and represent the different aspects of research activities outside the Group
- Represent L’Oréal in dealings with local authorities, MFDS and National Assembly (Law makers)
- Act as scientific advisor to the Country Manager and his management committee, particularly with regards to crisis management
- Act as a leading figure within professional organizations and provide proactive monitoring of changes to local regulations
- Forge close ties with the academic world and scientific press
- Help promote proactive product communications in compliance with the Group’s regulations and ethical values
- Lead cross-disciplinary projects initiated within the technical-regulatory network
- Coordinate Vigilance operations

WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: University graduate, MA degree (preferred)
- Years of Experience: 7+ years
- Experience: Team managing experience
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Skills: Proficient with Excel, SQL, SPSS, any other analysis tool
