Job Title: Rewards Specialist – Human Resource

Job Summary
This role plays a crucial in designing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate L'Oréal's diverse talent. This role ensures that reward strategies align with the company's business objectives, values, and local market practices, while complying with all relevant regulations. This role acts as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to HR Business Partners and business leaders on all reward-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Design:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, including salary bands and bonus schemes that are competitive and align with business strategy.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure L'Oréal's reward packages remain competitive and internally equitable.
- Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for adjustments to maintain pay equity and attractiveness.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, bonus payouts, and promotion adjustments, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive reports on compensation and benefits data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Utilize HRIS data to monitor reward effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure all reward programs comply with local labor laws, regulations, and internal governance policies.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and market practices related to compensation and benefits.
Advisory & Communication:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, line managers, and employees on all C&B related matters, policies, and guidelines.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging communication strategies and materials to ensure employees understand the value and details of their compensation and benefits.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR teams and managers on Reward topics.
Qualifications:
- 4- 8 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within a multinational company or a fast-paced industry.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex reward programs.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex reward concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and global compensation and benefits trends.
- Agile mindset and ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in other languages relevant to the location is a plus.
