Role Overview: The Junior Digital Acceleration Manager will be a key supporting member within our CDMO team, contributing to the effective management of content tooling and operations, assisting in leveraging CDMO A&I efforts across the divisions, and supporting robust digital compliance efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to develop their skills in digital strategy, operations, and compliance within a dynamic and innovative environment, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the overall media and advocacy successes of L'Oréal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy, Tooling & Operations Acceleration
- Digital Platform & Tech Ecosystem Management: Support new platform launches, trainings and management of L'Oréal's content, media and advocacy tech ecosystems and other digital tooling, helping to ensure these tools facilitate efficiencies and scale across the business.
- Workflow & Process Contribution: Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative frames and processes that prioritize end-user experience of the CDMO tools, aiding in onboarding of teams and adoption of the tool’s usage across the organization.
- Content Management & Support: Assist teams in the oversight of content production processes, supporting the establishment of efficient workflows for each tool.
- Tool Success Measurement and Reporting: Measure the success of the tool within the business by developing and reporting on key factors of each tools success.
2. Multi-Divisional A&I Support
- A&I Strategy Support: Assist in the implementation and adherence to the strategic A&I Onefluence framework and adoption within the business.
- Trend Activation Support: Using of tools to spot trends and drive activation thereof.
- Influencer Management & Activation Support: Support multi-brand in driving A&I Acceleration on key BETs to win engagement, brand love, and cultural relevance in our Onefluence communities.
- A&I Process Support: Support the teams in further understanding alignment to the businesses A&I process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Animate interactions within the local community and support engagement on A&I topics, collaborating with various teams to understand analytical and tool needs.
- Values Match: Be the custodian of the L'Oréal A&I values match process in ensuring compliance within the advocacy space.
3. Digital Compliance & Governance Assistance
- Digital Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring all digital platforms, and operations strictly comply with relevant local regulations and L'Oréal's internal policies.
- Agency Management Support: Support the oversight of our Onefluence (Agency Management) for compliance and contributing to building new practices on agency and process workflows.
- Risk Management & Policy Adherence: Assist in conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and IP/UGC issues. Support the adherence to internal digital compliance policies.
- Responsible Digital Content: Liaising with teams to ensure that all digital content created and published by them adheres to principles of responsibility, ethics, and legal compliance.
- Upskilling & Training Support Governance: Assist in efforts to continuously upskill our teams and agencies on L'Oréal's governance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or similar. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital content management, digital marketing, digital analytics, or digital compliance roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and an understanding of the broader digital platform & tech ecosystem.
- Basic proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) with a desire to learn and apply data for insights.
- Basic understanding of digital compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Experience in supporting agency relationships or project coordination.
