Job Title: Package Design Specialist - Dr.G DMI

As the Package Designer for Dr.G DMI, you will be the creative force shaping the brand's physical identity on a global scale. You will translate Dr.G's "skin science" philosophy into innovative and compelling packaging solutions, from initial concept to final production. You will be at the heart of product innovation, ensuring our packaging not only stands out on the shelf but also reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and user experience. 

✓Conceptualization and Innovation: You will develop creative and innovative packaging concepts for new product launches and range extensions, including structural designs (bottles, jars, tubes) and secondary packaging (cartons).

✓Design and Artwork Development: You will create and execute all graphic elements for packaging, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to global guidelines. This includes developing artwork, managing color standards, and preparing final technical files for printers.

✓Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work in close partnership with various teams, including Marketing to align on product concepts, Research & Innovation (R&I) to ensure material compatibility, and Operations/Sourcing to guarantee technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

✓Project Management and Prototyping: You will manage the design process from brief to execution, creating mock-ups and prototypes to visualize concepts, and presenting your designs to key stakeholders for validation.
