Job:                   Compensation & Benefits Manager:  SA & SSA 

Reports to:      HR Director:  SA & SSA



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  

Implement pay and social benefits strategy, enabling the attraction and loyalty-building of talent while respecting business issues. 

-    Advise, in partnership with the Corporate team, Headquarters, and Human Resources teams, on matters of pay and social benefits in order to ensure the competitiveness of pay from both a collective and individual perspective, paying particular attention to talent by suggesting corrective action plans if necessary. 

-    Direct the process of pay revisions, conduct regular analysis on the competitiveness of pay and social benefits practices, and make decisions on any variances noted. 

-    Define and supervise procedures and apparatuses for pay and social benefits. 

-    Design methods enabling the improvement of employment policies and local practices to ensure their compliance with the Group's legal provisions and policies. 

-    Monitor the quality of the process, in particular the exactness of pay information and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data. 

-    Supply information, statistics, analysis, and simulations on salaries. 

-    Handle relationships with service providers to ensure the best cost-benefit ratio and adherence to rules in force within the Group. 


 Be prepared to formulate opinions and make suggestions about developments in matters of pay, pensions, and insurance systems


 

Handle the entire mobility process alongside Directors of HR in order to ensure the effectiveness of international movement. 

-    Advise DHRs in advance on the application of international mobility policy. 

-    Ensure adherence to this policy and to fiscal, social and legal obligations in home and host countries. 

-    Prepare international mobility packages in partnership with the “Rewards” and “International Benefits” teams and accompany DHRs in package presentation. 

-    Determine the cost of packages. 

-    Establish the various contractual documents and ensure they are followed up on time. 

-    Coordinate the implementation of packages through the various parties involved (countries, external service providers, etc.) and ensure the quality of information before distributing officially. 

-    Participate in the development of international mobility policies/programs in relation to business requirements and market trends. 

-    Participate in the development of internal management processes and tools.

Seasoned Rewards Specialist with extensive experience 

SARA Certification

Relevant tertiary qualifications to support

Experience with complex areas like pensions, variable pay, share schemes, and international workforces can be beneficial
