About the Job

A Day in the Life You will lead L’Oréal Taiwan’s People Development & Learning agenda, reporting to the Human Relations General Manager (Taiwan) and People Development & Learning Director - North Asia & China, while managing a local team. You’ll build strategic L&D programs that accelerate leadership capability, drive performance and support business growth across functions.

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement a North-Asia-aligned learning strategy (leadership, technical, functional upskilling).
  • Leadership & Talent Programs: Design and run leadership development, succession planning and coaching initiatives.
  • Digital Learning & Operations: Deploy learning technologies, e-learning and data-driven learning measurement.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations and senior leaders to translate business needs into learning solutions.

 

Qualifications

A strategic L&D leader who combines business acumen with strong stakeholder influence and delivery excellence. You will:

  • Be fluent in Mandarin and English (business proficiency).
  • Demonstrate expertise in Learning & Development Strategy; Leadership Development & Coaching; Learning Technologies; Talent & Performance Management; Stakeholder Management & Influence.
