Purpose of the Role

Aesop Taiwan is looking for a partner who focuses on CRM in implementing digital platforms as well as all customer-related data analysis and activities.

This role is responsible for Aesop customer related activity and digital platform development and management to ensure a seamless, engaging, and efficient client journey. This position will work in close collaboration with Retail/Marketing/3rd party vendors to ensure smooth operation/data flow to optimize the customer’s experience in all aspects and as key contact person in CRM system for digital-related content planning, coordination, execution, and optimization.

As a CRM & Digital Coordinator, you will follow marketing and retail strategies that Aesop uses to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle in a practical way. 

Furthermore, the teams will base on your statistical insight from the CRM platform (Salesforce) to design and execute proper communication activity. Thus, the successful candidate will act as a marketing member to enrich client journey planning.

What We Are Looking For

  • Digital Savvy, good understanding of local market digital landscape
  • Good knowledge of CRM and consumer behavior
  • Min. 2 years work experience in CRM or digital marketing on Brand.com, social platform and account Management.
  • Passion for planning customer events on both physical and virtual channels. 
  • Innovative and curious in new technology for client engagement
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, planning, communication skills
  • Team player and strong self-starter with self-discipline to execute customer events accordingly.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
