What You Will Do
The Coordinator Sales is the liaison across the sales organization. They will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly communication with the teams. They will coordinate retailer communication (memos, demo contracts, etc.), as well as manage & distribute internal budget management (freelance, markdowns…). Candidate responsibility will include National Account team support, including account no cost/no retail allocations and any allocations directed to Field storage units. Point person to coordinate all presentation decks (planning meetings, retailer specific meetings) and provide meeting details/summaries to retailer lead. Key point person for all organization of sales related key meetings (market, offsites).
This would include, but would not be limited to, the following accountabilities:
Key Accountabilities
- Creating files, tracking budget and identifying risks & opportunities for O+O (Markdowns, Freelance, field T&E, Recapture)
- Manage Retailer & Field communications (memo, dif, contracts, demo for retailers and bi monthly sales status for sales org). Ensure audit compliance through communication.
- Creating cross account rollups & summaries (i.e. omni guidelines, in store requirements, approvals, etc) to streamline and give visibility to account specific needs.
- Meeting Management (Offsite, Market Meetings) : manage PO’s, vendor’s, deadlines, strategy and execution
- Manage meeting schedule, travel planning and T&E
- Ad Hoc Retail & Net Sales Drivers/No cost no retail data entry
Required Competencies and Interpersonal Skills
- 1-2 years marketing experience required
- Digital Experience a strong plus
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of industry
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Analytical and creative in approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Financial acumen with P&L and budget management experience
- Entrepreneurial risk mentality and innovative management skills
- Proven ability to develop strategic goals, drive company sales, and achieve profit objectives
- Robust negotiation skills
Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $65,700 – $94,000 base salary (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
