Who am I?
As Key Account Supply Chain, I build a fruitful partnership with strategic customers with End-to-End value through Supply Chain levers (e.g. increased OSA/OLA, Optimizing stock in trade, E2E cost) through relationship creation and information & data sharing in agreement with the Sales LAM. I’m fully accountable for customer satisfaction on my Key account.
My responsibilities:
- Animate regular Supply Chain meetings with the client: setting up a step-by-step roadmap for collaboration with customers, putting in place collaborative sales forecasts
- Identify, develop and communicate new services to amplify customer satisfaction
- Ensure efficiency logistic terms compliance at contract and operation level
- Follow the Supply Chain performance and coordinate improvement projects (demand, physical distribution, sales,…) leveraging Advantage Survey results / Relational NPS survey with the Key customers
- Facilitate business review from a Supply Chain standpoint, mastering the customer contract terms, anticipating risks on penalties
- Follow the Stock in Trade (SIT) and propose actions for optimization, with VMI with most mature and collaborative customers for instantaneous stock data sharing
- Ensure the alignment of the catalog and product information between the business unit/subsidiary and the client
- Follow the execution and identify the risks of shortages and work both, internally and with the client, in order to limit its impacts
- Coordinate the information sharing (quantities and phasing agreements) on cruising products, promotions, substitutions and launches between the Sales team and the customer
- Analyze shortage causes, including the ones on shelf and propose actions both internally and with the client
Your profile
To maintain our top position in the market, we are looking for an ambitious person, with strong convictions and beliefs. We seek a candidate who is cooperative, agile, strategic, and analytical, with a proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Master’s degree
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain
- Proven affinity with the field 'Supply Chain'; preferably experience within FMCG
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and French is a must have
- High knowledge of Excel and excellent analytical.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Stress resistant and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
