A Day in the Life

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing the Commerce sales and capabilities model for all the channels in L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty: ePharmacies and brick & mortar pharmacies. You will work closely with the sales, digital, marketing, business development & operations teams, to identify and maximize opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands in all channels.

This role is key to setting up a strong profitable ecommerce business that will contribute to the division strategy, establishing L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty as a top partner for Dermato-Cosmetics categories:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Commerce clients on all levels (buyers, category managers, marketing teams and other key members of client’s teams).
  • Drive promotional activities, including product launches, exclusive offers, and marketing campaigns, to increase brand visibility and drive omnichannel sales.
  • Responsible for the P&L of designated clients, develop and execute strategic account plans, including business objectives, sales growth, and profit targets.
  • Negotiate the Annual Joint Business Plan & Green JBP for your top retailers with the support of the sales & cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with the wide cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Business Development team, Legal & Customers, to ensure a seamless execution of account plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the pharmacies to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  • Deliver best-in-class execution of the digital shelf focusing on availability, content, placement, share of search, and rating and reviews for our top partners.
  • Be the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, on all commerce related topics and provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and drive growth while staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in the pharma industry.
  • Responsible for the implementation & monitoring of all conditions related to Selectivity Agreements Online & Offline in line with European contracts.

We Are Looking For

  • Min. 3 years of experience in account management
  • Proactive Field Leadership: A hands-on professional comfortable with frequent field and BQ visits, demonstrating a proactive approach to initiating contacts and maintaining high-speed interactions.
  • Entrepreneurial Partnership Mindset: A strategic partner with a win-win mentality, capable of contributing original ideas and initiatives rather than just executing instructions.
  • Agility & Responsiveness: Exceptional reaction speed and a strong focus on solutions over justifications, ensuring high availability and rapid turnaround times.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions & identify opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills to inspire collaboration. Ability to bring positive attitude and courage to team discussions.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for growth.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, excel, word).
