Responsibilities:

  • Account Portfolio Management: Develop and manage current and potential Customers (O+O) on Lithuanian market, aligning with brand and division strategy.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Build and execute annual business plans, leveraging growth levers (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and optimizing brand profitability.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Lead customer negotiations, securing agreements on key launches, stock, and visibility while fostering strong relationships with decision-makers. 
  • Performance Management: Drive account P&L performance, monitor contracts and invoices, ensure forecast accuracy and collaborate with activation to execute brand strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (with marketing, demand planning, business development and other teams) to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand representation.
  • Senior role linked to transversal responsibilities:

-    Leading strategic client across three Baltic countries (supervision x-country)

-    Being negotiation champion for Baltics ( x-country supervision of the negotiation process).


You're a perfect match if you: 

  • Have minimum 7 years of experience in commercial roles.  
  • Are skilled negotiator with strong strategic approach.  
  • Are used to work on Clients’ P&L.  
  • Are familiar with newest trends and have ability to predict them.  
  • Are analytical, result oriented and very experienced with Excel and Power Point.  
  • Are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills.  
  • Are hands on and good planner with excellent project management skills.  
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
