Your mission... 

As the Key Account Manager your role is to build, manage and develop a long-term relationship with the client to achieve the targeted sales revenue. The successful candidate will be focused on identifying and unlocking growth initiatives with the client. You will develop and execute the strategy, operational plans and define the roadmap to reach your targets. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders. You are responsible for optimizing the plans, financial planning, and profitability with the account. You have day-to-day contact with the client’s buyers. The role reports to the Business Unit Manager Food & Variety.  


You will…  

  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with one of our biggest clients in the Nordics, managing a multi-country business plan  
  • Develop plan, KPI’s and goals   
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategy and launches with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales)  
  • Develop a customer centric business plan; turn shopper insights into business opportunities  
  • Lead the brand and campaign activation  
  • Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans  
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client to make sure we will keep our position as their preferred partner in our categories 


Your profile…   

  • You have 2-4 years’ experience from a similar role (preferably from a similar industry)  
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English   
  • You are a strong negotiator and communicator as well as a proven self-starter with strong analytical skills combined with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set  
  • You are fact based, analytical and have complex problem-solving skills  
  • You know how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience  
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment  
  • You are extrovert and have the ability to build connections & a network in a complex matrix organization  
  • You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results   


The employment is fixed term for 12 months and placed in Oslo, and we are looking for the candidate to start as soon as possible, while we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
