Medical Communication Specialist defines and implements a medical communication strategy in line with brands priorities to encourage prescriptions and develop the reputation of our brands and company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Defining the multi-channel (both on- and off-line) medical strategy in line with brands strategy (products plan, services, territories etc.)
- Taking charge of scientific and competitor monitoring in medical areas and process / analyses all information (panels, competitor analysis, etc.)
- Creating a storytelling scenario and define key messages adapted to health professionals
- Identifying key tactics to maximize effectiveness and impact of brand messages and medical education
- Preparing of the content and the communication tools to the targets and different touchpoints like sales visit aids, information leaflets for doctors and patients, medical training programs targeting doctors, websites, mail and newsletters, video, webinars, communication material for events such as congresses, etc.
- Supporting prescription leadership strategy with data oriented mindset
- Performing KPI assessment to maximize efficiency of spent of medical promo budget
- Responsible for the circulation of scientific and medical expertise to other departments and train medical representatives
- Introducing of local observational studies and ensuring they are used
- Working in synergy with marketing, medical detailing, distribution, external communications and digital to guarantee the coherence of the messages
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 year’s university degree,
- Educational background in chemistry, biology and pharmaceutical, medical background would be an asset
- Preferably Minimum 2 years’ experience on similar position or minimum 2 years experience as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proactivity, independence and willingness to take on challenges
- Strategic thinker, self-motivated, proactive, and energetic
- English Proficiency is an asset
