KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Junior Budget Controller you will play a key role in the process of financial planning, budgeting, as well as monitor the effectiveness of all costs, implement projects and cooperate with other departments and functions.
- Actively participate in financial planning process in rolling estimates (trend) and budget periods in collaboration with other business functions
- Optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken in accordance with the standards and good practices set down by Internal Control by maintaining constant links with his/her contacts (e.g. value analysis, cost analysis, POS advertising, etc).
- Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions
- Play key role in monthly closing and reporting process within the division in line with the policies and deadlines of the Group
- Get involved in implementation of projects ranging from internal auditing to the improvement of processes and departments; optimize results, thus contribute to the organization's dynamic growth
- Be in charge of a variety of duties and responsibilities that will enable you to interact with all levels of our internal organization.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in controlling/financial audit
- English (advanced level)
- Proficiency in MS Office (including advanced Excel skills); broad understanding of SAP would be an asset
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic
- Capacity for independent learning
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Strategic thinker, initiative taker
