A day in the life as Junior Affiliate Manager under Professional Products Division:


Livestreaming:

  1. Strategic Planning: define priorities of Livestreaming activation by brand by platform aligned with brand’s focus and campaigns
  2. Talent & Host Management: identify and recruit the right hosts, brief and train eBAs, performance monitoring
  3. Technical & Operations: oversee the visuals of the Livestreaming rooms, manage platform back-end navigation through seller center or brand portal
  4. Data Analysis and Optimization: real time tracking through weekly/ biweekly meetings (GMV, GPM, PV, CR), monthly reporting to analyze Livestreaming performance and how to improve further (insights on schedule, promo mechanism, hosts, etc), do competitor benchmarking
  5. Cross-functional collaboration: Brand Teams, CDMO, Agencies, Supply Chain

 

Affiliate:

  1. Strategic planning: translate high level Ecommerce strategy into affiliate market execution as well as budget allocation, define affiliate ecosystem growth strategy
  2. Recruit, performance monitoring, manage relationship and retention strategy of Affiliate and agencies
  3. Operational campaign activation: product seeding, traffic boosting, incentive optimization
  4. Data analysis and optimization: real time tracking through weekly/ biweekly meetings (GMV, GPM, PV, CR), monthly reporting to analyze Affiliate performance (Livestreaming and Video) and how to improve further (insights on schedule, promo mechanism, hosts, etc), do competitor benchmarking
  5. Stakeholders coordination: Internal (Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain) and External (Platforms, agencies)
