Mission         

• Lead Japan launch of new skincare brand in medical aesthetic field.     

       

Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務            

• Establish new brand as medical anchored brand - the first mission will be to launch B2B medical exclusive model, in strong partnership with a leading device company acting as a local distributor.            

• Manage the partnership with this distributor, everything is to build from scratch:             

- Business development

- Commercial negotiations

- Support medical relations with doctors

- MR training

- Performance reviews

- Product forecasting, etc.            

• Branding and medical advocacy: work with DMI to maximize the assets with scientific evidence, clinical studies on “Integrated Skincare” - to support medical relations, medical advocacy and patient/consumer awareness    

• Lead strategic discussion related to brand management with internal stakeholders : Top management (LDB Division, Zone, Japan), LDB Japan macom, Business Development, Marketing, Medical, Supply, Legal, etc.         

• Drive B2B growth with success, then scale to B2C in a few years (E-boutique, etc. TBC.)             

Profile 

• Generalist profile: can manage discussion & interaction about Strategy, Business Development, Commercial, Brand building, Marketing, etc.

• Ambitious, Entrepreneur, Action-driven, Result-driven, Good communication and relation building skills. Medical or Scientific background is a plus. 

• Experience: Business Development Mgr, Sales Mgr, Marketing Mgr (mid management)
