Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務            

You will be responsible for enhancing client engagement and increasing brand desirability, and achieving ambitious business objectives.             

- Develop annual Digital & LINE startegy by designing seamless and engaging O+O initiatives in alignment with brand's priorities.            

- Supervise official LINE account from strategic planning to execution.             

- Manage brand Community Site to implement interactive CX campaigns and communications for nuturing upper tier customers.             

- Set clear Objecives / KPIs and regularly monitor and analyze the results. Share and utilize findings/data for further action.              

 -Track the EC traffic and sales generated through effective LINE communication.             

- Lead CX-related projects, introducing the latest technologies, trends and competitor's benchmark.            

 -Budget Management for Digital & LINE            

- Asset Management - Creative direction and quality check            

 -VIP customer event support            

- Cross-functional Collaboration - Share project plans, progress, challenges, and achievements with relevant stakeholders.             

            

Must Have Aspects 必須項目             

Curious about Customer Experiences with logical and analytical approaches.             

- Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to think and act from the customer's perspectives.             

- Analytical skills with an ability to clealy translate results into actionable insights.             

- Proven practical experience in CX within a B2C industry.             

- Strong project management abilities especially focused on enhancing customer experience.             

- Fluent in both English and Japanese.            

- Strong passion for the cosmetics and beauty industry.
