What You Will Do:
Integration is at the heart of L’Oréal IT strategy. L’Oréal is organized around regions and transversal business domains acting with various internal and external partners. You will be part of L’Oréal Americas Integration Team supporting our Digital revolution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define, drive, and continuously optimize the integration platform's conformity to architectural standards, ensuring robust capacity planning, high availability, and peak performance across all environments.
- Drive (deploy, upgrade, maintain and operate) the end-to-end lifecycle management of local and global integration platforms, encompassing strategic planning, deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.
- Establish and rigorously enforce integration development standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure the reliability, security, and optimal performance of all integrated solutions.
- Define, detail, and oversee the architectural design and redesign of end-to-end cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions specifically tailored to support our critical applications and integration patterns.
- Ensure the implementation of robust messaging, event-driven architecture (EDA), and data streaming capabilities to facilitate real-time data exchange and responsiveness across diverse platforms.
- Perform reverse engineering to review and implement best practices
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert within the assigned zone or domain for all integration platform-related requests, issues, and technical discussions.
- Lead and facilitate critical technical sessions, including requirements gathering for enhancements, detailed bug fixing analysis, and the definition of technical specifications.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate, and steer the evolution, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of the core integration framework, adapting to emerging technologies and business needs.
- Provide comprehensive technical training, mentorship, and ongoing support to developers, and operational teams, including detailed best practices for the Integration platform
- Manage and execute all local communications related to the business platform framework, ensuring clear, timely, and effective information dissemination to all stakeholders
- Lead technical coordination efforts with the global master team, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and adherence to global standards and integration strategies
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with Network & Infrastructure IT teams, addressing integration needs across various operating systems, network topologies, and security protocols.
- Lead technical deliveries with a strong focus on CI/CD practices, leveraging modern version control systems like GIT and Azure DevOps
- Manage and lead the strategic utilization of Azure cloud services fundamental to our integration framework, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Blob Storage, Azure Files, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Service Bus
- Leverage expertise in various iPaaS solutions e.g., Workato to efficiently integrate a diverse ecosystem of SaaS platforms
- Proven experience in designing, and managing complex integrations between SAP, S/4HANA (across all modules), and a wide array of other SaaS applications
- Extensive hands-on experience with ESB and API Gateway technologies (e.g., TIBCO, Apigee, Kafka)
- Strong knowledge of various integration methods including API (SOAP, REST), JSON, MFT (Managed File Transfer), Pub/Sub, Webhooks, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and API key-based security
- Solid understanding of data solutions, data structures, mapping, transformation, and ETL processes
- Expert-level experience in managing and leading Azure cloud services relevant to integration platforms (AKS, Blob Storage, Azure Files, Event Hub, Service Bus, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical deliveries with a strong emphasis on CI/CD pipelines, GIT version control, and Azure DevOps
- High-level understanding and practical application of DevOps principles and practices specifically tailored for Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) frameworks
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), including those used to define project stages and implement effective action plans
- Ability to reverse engineer and meticulously document existing architectural designs
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- BS or equivalent degree with 10+ years of information technology experience
- Strong Experienced in iPaaS, ESB, API & EDA Management solutions
- Strong Experienced in integration and data exchange platforms
- Elastic/End to end observability architecture understanding
- Experienced in CI/CD/DevOps solutions
- Experienced with Azure/AWS/GCP
- Strong Experience implementing integration between SAP, S4 (all modules) & Other (Saas Applications as Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, Proficiency in working with onshore-offshore teams & Proven experience in global environment with multicultural stakeholders
- Experience in dealing with third-party provided services
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
- Good Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
- Excellent analytical, organization, and problem – solving skills & experience working with onsite and offshore AMS providers

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $126,900 - $184,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
