-Context & Challenges
As an Insurance Program Manager, you will work in close collaboration with the Deputy Director of Insurance, particularly on Property Damage, Civil Liability, Political Violence, and Terrorism programs.
This position offers a genuine opportunity for skill development in a stimulating environment, with close support and exposure to strategic and international challenges.
Your Missions
Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Director, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring of Insurance Programs (Property Damage and Business Interruption, Civil Liability, Pollution, Political Violence, and Terrorism)
- Participation in the renewals of these insurance programs (renewal follow-up meetings, implementation, NDA review, reporting)
- Participation in Group prevention programs
- Managing the allocation of premiums for these insurance programs
- Monitoring Civil Liability and PDBI (Property Damage and Business Interruption) claims in conjunction with internal partners (subsidiaries, factories...) and external partners (brokers, experts, insurers).
- Preparing claims reviews with brokers and insurers for Civil Liability and PDBI programs
- Promoting within Group entities the processes for reporting claims and new risks to be covered
- Providing support to operational entities on daily insurance issues (contracts, negotiations...)
- Participating in the organization of roadshows for Civil Liability and PDBI programs
Provide your legal expertise:
- Analyzing insurance clauses in commercial contracts, commercial leases, and tenders, and providing support to operational teams in their negotiations
- Participating in the development of contractual models
- Contributing to legal and regulatory watch in the sector
- Insurance Awareness and Training Program:
- Establishing an internal awareness/training program related to insurance within the Group, initially targeting the Group's legal counsels.
Desired Profile
- Higher education in law (Master 2 in insurance law, business law, or equivalent).
- 4-5 years of experience, preferably in an insurance company, with a broker, or in an international group.
- Confirmed experience in property and casualty insurance.
- Legal foundations, appetite for contractual subjects.
- Autonomy, rigor, ability to structure and analyze.
- Curiosity, sense of confidentiality, and teamwork.
- Agility, creativity, and proactivity (ability to make proposals).
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and oral.
