A Day in the Life

As a Luxury Fragrance Expert, you will be an ambassador for our world of fine perfumery, creating unique and memorable scent journeys for every client. This role reports to the Store Manager and offers the opportunity to represent our diverse portfolio of luxury brands across various counters in Sydney.

In this role, you will:

• Drive sales and achieve performance targets through your deep knowledge of fine fragrance and exceptional, personalized service.
• Act as a multi-brand storyteller, sharing your expertise and enthusiasm for our prestigious fragrance portfolio, from iconic scents by Yves Saint Laurent and Armani to the couture creations of Valentino and Prada.
• Conduct tailored fragrance consultations, guiding clients through scent discovery across our different Maisons to find their perfect, signature fragrance.
• Build lasting client relationships by curating a luxurious and personal shopping journey centered on the art of perfumery.
• Stay ahead of olfactory trends and new launches to offer clients the most current advice and layering techniques.
