What You Will Learn:
Coordinators provide retail operational support to the Field Vice President Account Executives. The position is both tactical & operational and essential to grow and maintain a high performing RSS team and robust retail events. The role touches many facets of Shopper Engagement & Field Sales team leaving many opportunities for career growth within the organization
In Store Support:
Support the needs of in store training & events with focus on collection fragrances and visual weeks.
- Support collection fragrance trainings
- Participate in local in-store events
- Assist in local in-store eventing during hallmarks
- Visual week support
- Capture and collect competitive in store event activations and best practices
Operational Management:
Operational support for product launches, eventing and in-store sales activities (e.g. pull sales, order visuals, track stock)
- Promote adherence to merchandising standards and load counter pro to allwork
- Compile stock concerns for BU & identify inventory opportunity areas to roll up for CGO
- Pull daily sales for visual weeks and hallmarks
- Create and maintain recap files and decks for visual weeks and hallmarks
- Manage allwork news feed compiling photos and identifying trends
Retail Selling Specialist Support:
Support the RSS program for the BU through tracking & reporting as well as working side-by side in store to assess selling & training opportunities.
- Create & maintain RSS tracker for BU; including side by sides, retailer breakout, ROI
- Identify trends and gaps in RSS reporting
- Communicate RSS budgets and by door goals for AEs
- Utilize Allwork to pull RSS results / cross reference results with retail sales
What We Are Looking For:
- 1 to 2 years of management experience required
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, cosmetics/fragrances experience preferred
- Goal driven with an ability to multi-task
- Must be creative and resourceful for events
- Must be creative in training of product knowledge and motivation of daily/weekly objectives
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy
- Exceptional customer service skills

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $65,400 to 91,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
