A Day in the Life of an Endpoint Engineer!
To enable Beauty Tech, while operating in an extremely challenging environment, the IT organization needs to constantly adapt and be strongly connected with new market trends and structural shifts. With that in mind, our IT organization must demonstrate flexibility and resilience, agility, and proximity to the markets, while delivering globally at scale with efficiency and customer and employee centricity. The creation of the L’Oréal Tech Hub in India is part of this strategy.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect for EndPoint Products and Services (Windows, Mac & Mobility, Packaging & tools).) He/she will be the key technical expert to deliver the ambitious vision of Endpoint for L’Oréal Beauty Tech. Reporting directly to India Tech Hub EndPoint Tower Lead and working directly with the Global EndPoint Tower Lead based in Paris.
In this role, You will..
Be responsible for the following:
- Define the technology direction, roadmap and standards for EndPoint services (Intune, Tanium, Packaging & Tools)
- Create and maintain the technology blueprint.
- Understand and evaluate the technology trends and vision/understand technology implications on a business domain and IT landscape
- Monitors market trends in terms of new technologies and identifies opportunities for the company
- Assess / Qualifies customers’ requests considering Security and Privacy aspects
- Designs technical solution answering business requirements
- Leads technical evolutions of the tools under the team’s scope
- Leads the implementation of technical solutions
- Provides Level 3 support on tools under the team’s scope
- Provides documentation on tools under the team’s scope
- Defines and implements the best ways to promote services under its responsibility.

What are we looking for?
- Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Technology Defender, Bitlocker, MAC, Packaging, Tanium, SCCM
- Professional Competencies & skills
- + 10 years’ experience in similar positions
- Diverse technical background with experience in various industries, roles, platforms, architectures, packages, and technologies.
- Possess an entrepreneurial nature with the capability to understand multiple facets of a business environment along with an interest in contributing to L'Oréal.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both the business and technical areas.
- Strong English level
- Strong business & customer service mindset
- Strong capacities to analyze, simplify and define realistic action plan even on complex subjects
- Strong adaptation capacities in complex and changing contexts
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Innovative mindset: must show a problem-solving mindset with creative solutions
- Analytical and strategic: Need to be able to use data to generate insights and reports that translate into initiatives to improve processes
