A Day in the Life

You will be an Educator for Matrix reporting into the National Education Manager, delivering salon-facing education across North, New South Wales to grow technical skills, brand desirability and commercial performance. You’ll be a visible ambassador for Matrix, coaching stylists and supporting distributor partnerships.

  • Training & Coaching: Deliver in-salon, workshop and virtual trainings; upskill stylists on services, protocols and retail routines; mentor through on-the-floor coaching.
  • Commercial Impact: Translate education into sell-out by linking training to recommendations, retail routines and promo activity; support local launches and activations.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with salons, distributors and sales teams; gather frontline feedback to inform Academy content.
  • Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date technical and product knowledge; ensure safety, quality and brand standards are applied.
