As E-Commerce Key Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing local E-commerce market, key players and set up Business Plan.
- Negotiating and aligning joint business plans with our existing and new E- business partners.
- Building effective relationships with the Client.
- Client’s P&L management. Negotiations of commercial terms within the established budgets.
- Establishing and implementing annual E-Commerce plans in line with the Division’s strategy.
- Coordination of operational activities related to the listing of new products etc.
- Possibility to cooperate with main marketplaces.
- Addressing the challenges related to increase of E-commerce business: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about E-Client’s behaviors, monitoring competing brands.
- Cooperation with digital and marketing teams.
Our requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce business management or key account management in FMCG/ pharma/ electronics business
- Experience with big E-players with proven track record is a strong advantage.
- Being familiar with E-commerce's key metrics and trends and have ability to predict them.
- Strong negotiation skills with strategic approach.
- Good planning and project management skills.
- Analytical and result oriented thinking, data-based decision making
- Excel, Power Point skills, experience with e-commerce reporting, ie. Google analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Intrapreneurial mindset with ability to engage people towards common objective.
