The Role:

As (Division) Media Manager (m/f/d), you lead and develop the brand media strategy by linking division goals with CDMO innovation, ensuring a full-funnel approach that fosters strong consumer connections and data-driven excellence.

Your Tasks

  • Strategy: Develop and oversee the annual media plan from initial draft to final approval for the brand.
  • Budgeting: Plan media budgets in collaboration with OneMedia and agencies on strategic and operational levels.
  • Optimization: Co-own BetIQ and continuously analyze performance to maximize ROI and identify growth opportunities.
  • Synergy: Collaborate with internal Marketing/A&I teams and external partners to create cross-channel synergies.
  • Campaign: Develop strategic campaign briefings and drive continuous improvement by integrating cutting-edge innovations and structured text-and-learn agenda into every campaign. 
  • Innovation: Integrate best practices and sustainability approaches while conducting test & learn excellence.

  • Analytics Expert: Proven expertise in media data and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Influencer: Strong track record in cross-functional influencing to align stakeholders from Finance to DDX.
  • Innovator: Passion for innovation priorities and scaling new test formats with a growth-hacking mindset.
  • Leader: Dedicated to people development and upskilling the media community through knowledge sharing.
  • Strategic Integrator: Skilled in improving ways of working between brands, e-commerce, and media agencies.
