A Day in the Life
As a Digital Specialist (E-Commerce Activation Specialist), you’ll report to the Consumer Engagement Manager of LUXE Division of and work across all LUXE brand portfolio and functions to drive consumer and market excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to shaping strategies that align with L’Oréal’s mission to create beauty that moves the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
E-com Visibility & E-Merchandising
- Manage the e-com merchandising animation plan, ensuring consistent updates and optimization of brand pages, product selection carrousels, permanent banners, landing pages, and other key online visibility elements.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and organic search ranking on e-com platforms, contributing to increased traffic and conversion rates.
- Monitor specific KPIs (PDP compliance etc)
- Collaborate with e-KAM to support negotiations related to online visibility and merchandising, and to secure access to relevant retailer data.
Product Content Optimization
- Lead PDP optimization efforts (naming consistency, image and video optimization, A+ content including updates).
- Develop strategies to encourage and manage product ratings and reviews.
Transactional media
- Enhance on-going visibility of brands/hero SKUs through paid media campaigns.
- Develop and implement brands activations support plans through transactional media across e-com platforms, focusing on efficiency and ROI.
- Track and analyze the performance of transactional media measuring efficiency and ROI. Share best practices and propose improvements.
We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you have:
- Proven e‑commerce activation experience within premium or luxury brands.
- Strong merchandising and PDP/content optimization expertise.
- Solid analytical skills (Excel/GA4 or equivalent) to measure & optimize performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Fluent English and Ukrainian (local market fluency); detail‑oriented and collaborative.
