A Day in the Life Reporting to the Head of Analytics, Measurement and Tools, you will join a dynamic 15-person team supporting all L’Oréal UK & Ireland brands to optimize digital campaigns and web experiences.

• Data Analytics & Visualization: Extract and analyse data to build interactive performance dashboards.
• Automation & Tools: Learn and apply SQL and Python to automate reporting.
• Technology Innovation: Explore generative AI tools to streamline analytical workflows.
• Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Partner with media and e-commerce teams to translate data into actionable insights.

We Are Looking For We are looking for a curious, solution-oriented individual with a logical mindset.

• Strong interest in data analytics, digital media, and e-commerce.
• Eagerness to learn programming languages (SQL, Python) and AI tools.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to solving analytical puzzles.
• Clear communication skills to share insights with diverse teams.
• Eligibility for a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship.
