A Day in the Life As Demand Planner you’ll be the Supply Chain expert driving forecast accuracy and catalogue optimisation for our Consumer Products portfolio, reporting into the Demand Planning lead within Operations. You’ll influence commercial, marketing and finance stakeholders to build a single, reliable sales plan.

  • Forecast ownership: pilot sales forecast process, validate promotions & launches, and consolidate commercial, financial and historical inputs into a consensus forecast.
  • Catalogue & SKU management: support rationalisation and ensure accurate catalogue data.
  • Process quality & improvement: monitor forecast KPIs, lead S&OP inputs and recommend practice improvements.
  • Capability building: share best-practice forecasting approach across Supply Chain and brand teams.

We Are Looking For You are results-driven and comfortable with complexity, with:

  • Demand Planning & Forecasting expertise (3–5+ years in a similar role)
  • Strong S&OP / Supply Chain knowledge
  • Advanced Excel and inventory management skills (ERP/forecasting tool experience desirable)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator able to influence cross-functional partners
